Night Cap Recipe for Sleep

Sweet Dreams Chamomile

We all know that a cup of Chamomile tea is a stress busting, but not all of us know that it also helps us sleep. According to researchers Chamomile tea is associated with an increase in glycine, a chemical that reduces tension, relaxes muscles and acts as a mild sedative. Milk’s calcium content has a calming affect and its lactose releases endorphins.

Nothing better than starting a nightly ritual with these liquid drops of sleep.

  1. Heat 2 mugs of milk in a small pan.
  2. Add the Cinamon stick (optional).
  3. Take a Chamomile tea bag and add it to the pot and leave it to infuse with the milk for about 8 minutes.
  4. Bring the milk to a light simmer.
  5. Stir so the milk does not stick to the pan.

  • Add 2 spoons of Cocoa to each mug.
  • Pour a small amount of the milk into each mug and stir until the Cocoa is dissolved.
  • Remove the cinamon stick and tea bag from the pan.
  • Pour the hot sleep mixture from the pan into the mugs.
Drink an hour before bedtime.

Very satisfied I found SnoreMeds sales to be very eager to be helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my wishes. Shipping was prompt and the mouthpiece was easy to mold. It takes some time to adapt to it, but is worth it. Best appliance for snoring that I have found, so far!
