Snoring FAQs
snoring can make you fat

Is SNORING making you FAT?

If you are sleeping with a partner who snores it is more than likely you are sleep deprived.

The hormone Leptin regulates your metabolism, energy levels, hunger and calorie burning. Leptin is made while you sleep and triggers the brain to know you are full and you have plenty of energy.
If you are not getting sufficient sleep, your body has too little Leptin and goes through a series of steps to slow your metabolism. Your brain indicates you are hungry and it takes steps to store the calories as fat.

Over a period of time you will notice an increase in weight, which could affect your overall long term health.

The average adult needs 8hrs of uninterrupted sleep to function properly.

PS. SnoreMeds a quality anti-snoring mouthpiece, which has been helping snoring suffers for the past 8 years will stop snoring from the first night. You will only have your weight to loose!

This SnoreMeds product works even better then I expected! This is the 3rd time I am buying this product. This time I bought the 4 pack to save money. Each one lasts about 4-6months. It stops the snoring, has improved mine and my husbands sleep, and I don’t get dry mouth. I would definitely recommend trying this product! Happy ZZZzzzzs in PA
